Vice President of Member Development
My name is Jessica Pope. I am 24 years old. I was born in Fort Hood Texas and grew up as an army brat living all over. I moved year to year country to country state to state until we finally settled down and set roots in Carlisle, PA.
I have been a social butterfly from birth and have always been one to talk to everyone. Once we settled I became very active in everything in my school from class council to sports.
I went to Shippensburg University and became a sister of Kappa Beta Gamma. I loved being a student at Shippensburg and worked hard with my sorority. My original chapter was closed and I worked hard to push my ladies in a new direction. In 2016 I founded my chapter, Alpha Lambda as the president.
Post graduation Krista got me involved with the alumni society. Once I joined the alum society I decided to become even more involved. I have gone on multiple recruitment trips and loved every minute of growing KBG. I have served as a board member of the alumni society as the Vice of Alumnae Events and now serve as the Vice of Membership Development on the International Board. Being on the board gives me the opportunity to help bring sisterhood and a bond to sisters across North America. I bring people together to bond and have fun which I love doing.
I am also a preschool teacher and love children. I work with 3 year olds and 5 year olds. I also love playing with my dogs, traveling and experiencing new things.
